Great location on Long Beach, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were lacking some basic things like an iron, TV was old and not functioning well.

Staff where friendly, location on the beach is nice however location itself is far away from a more central area.

Room was dirty and cleaning didn’t really help, they barely took our trash, we had to bring it out a few times. They didnt change bed sheets once even though we were there 7 days. Room was so damp and humid, mold everywhere, even some of our stuff got moldy and we had to disregard. Breakfast was same everyday except for the change between waffles and pancakes which usually kids ate rather than adults. We couldnt wait to leave this place. It needs total revamping.

Beautiful beach, nice pool, laundry service, friendly staff, and easily accessible tuk tuk or taxi to go into town. Mr Dee, tuk tuk driver, made our stay most enjoyable. Beautiful seascape views up the mountain. Beautiful well kept grounds.

Moldy bathrooms, gaps in doors and windows that allow mosquitoes in, clogged drains in the shower that cause shower to overflow (staff seemed unconcerned) , photos on site are not indicative of the actual rooms, location is great for beach lounging, but not for walking. You will need a tuk tuk or a taxi.

Breakfast pretty limited options. Also the rooms dont look anything like the pictures on booking. Way was older. bathroom was the worst

This hotel is for families, not for couples or seniors. Great place if you have a family. If you’re looking for couples time, quiet time, this is not the place. Buffet not great, cold food, potted coffee. Staff pleasant just could have been a bit more welcoming.

Brilliant location and good facilities right on a beautiful beach. Front desk staff were amazing, and helpful however, the restaurant and beach bar staff lacked customer focus and did little to promote a happy atmosphere. Which is contrary to the Thai ethos and service culture we experienced in other hotels during our vacation.

Location and was a great value.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the kettle needed updated. Otherwise this was a fantastic find!!

Friendly staff, great location, nice pool.

A bit old furniture, the water pressure is not working in the bathroom. Guests reserve the poolside chairs in the morning with towels.

The location is wonderful, close to many restaurant, laundry and cocktail options with only a short yuk Tuktuk into Saladan as well. The beach is clean and accessible, we could walk for kilometres and the pool lovely. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

We love the resort but our room was surprisingly disappointing. The room NEEDS updating. The shower had only a trickle of water and the tap in the sink had no hot water. The chairs in the room and on the porch are quite uncomfortable.

Perfect beach location. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Great breakfasts, lovely staff

Very old dated accommodation. Basic selection of breakfast foods.Staff were average.

Very nice location on the beach, the pool area is great as well. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast is ok, but not very diverse.

Lovely hotel, very clean, great Location if you want peace. Lady at breakfast making the eggs was nice and friendly, she wore a black top. The other staff didn’t really seem friendly at all.

We book an extra night, but the same room type wasn’t available on booking.com.We had to check out at 11am and wait for 2pm for the next check in.No flexibility from the reception staff for a later check out or a little flexible on getting the room earlier if it was ready earlier.They stored the bags which was great.When we arrived to the next bedroom it was exactly the same as the first bedroom we had stayed, just two doors down the corridor with a slightly different view.It didn’t spoil staying at this hotel and I would stay here again.

Location on the beach was nice. Palm trees by pool and beach was a pretty picture if you avoided the lawn chairs and umbrellas. The bed was okay.

The hotel was not kept up well. The umbrellas were rusted and the beach chairs were old. The pool needs a good cleaning. The wait staff was not very friendly. This was our fourth resort in Thailand and our least favorite.
